WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns on most products, with the exception of made to order or non-stock special order products, such as windows, doors, special colour items etc, which can only be returned if faulty. Returns incur a 25% re-stocking fee on all products, unless they are faulty or damaged. Once goods have been returned, inspected and accepted, your money will be refunded. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF REFUND?
We do offer credit notes in the case of a return, however all returns, unless faulty or damaged, will incur a 25% re-stocking charge before the value of the credit note can be calculated.
ONE OF MY ITEMS IS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
Any damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of collection/delivery. Unfortunately we will not be able to arrange any replacements/refunds after this period.
DO YOU OFFER A DELIVERY SERVICE?
We do offer a delivery service which is usually same/next day depending on stock levels, time of order and if the item is a special order.
IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
Where possible we try not to charge for deliveries however, this depends on the size of the order and the distance of the delivery. When placing your order we will discuss this with you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN DELIVERY ARRIVES?
We do ask that you are in when your order arrives as it will require a signature as proof of delivery. It’s also really important that you are able to check your delivery against the inventory provided to make sure that you have received everything that you have ordered. If you are missing any items, you must let us know within 24 hours after delivery.
